Pair Antique Emaux de Longwy Blue Floral Pottery & Metal Candlestick Holders

A beautiful pair of antique French Emaux de Longwy candlestick holders combining brilliant turquoise-blue floral pottery with substantial ornate metal mounts.

Each cylindrical pottery section is decorated with flowering branches in pink, white, green and brown against a vivid blue ground. The pottery is mounted within heavy architectural metal candlesticks featuring pierced scrolling bases, stepped candle cups and wonderfully aged patina.

These have a fantastic collected look and would be especially striking styled on a mantel, console, bookshelf or dining table.

Condition
Antique condition with age-related wear, oxidation, discoloration and patina to the metal.

One candlestick is in better condition. The second has significant chipping/loss around the upper edge of the pottery, the upper assembly sits slightly off-center, and the retaining nut is missing from the threaded post underneath, which allows the base to move/feel loose.

Please review all photos carefully for condition. These are being sold as found and priced accordingly.
