Hand-painted ceramic cachepot by Jay Willfred for Andrea by Sadek, made in Portugal. Covered in sculpted violets and wildflowers, this vintage planter features raised floral relief on a fluted white body, giving it wonderful texture and old-world charm.
Andrea by Sadek was known for importing decorative ceramics from European makers throughout the late twentieth century, and pieces produced in Portugal remain favorites among collectors for their quality and craftsmanship. The raised floral design wraps nearly the entire vessel, making it just as attractive displayed on its own as it is holding a favorite plant or bouquet.
Whether used as a cachepot, centerpiece, utensil holder, or decorative accent, its colorful hand-painted flowers add character without overwhelming a space.
